Account Information. When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Service Data. Electronic data, messages, text, and other materials you submit to and store within our platform in connection with your use of the Services.
Usage Data. Anonymized and de-identified metrics regarding your use of the Services, which does not include personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- To communicate with you about the Services, including support and updates.
- To use anonymized and aggregated Usage Data internally for research, development, and product improvement.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.

- We do not use non-anonymized Service Data for training AI models without your prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all Service Data. We obtain no proprietary rights in your data by virtue of providing the Services. We may use anonymized and aggregated data, from which all personally identifiable information has been removed, for research and product improvement purposes.

Service Data is hosted by us or our authorized third-party service providers in the United States. We maintain access controls including unique user identification, access logging, and prompt removal of access upon termination.
In the event of a confirmed or reasonably suspected security incident, we will notify affected parties in writing within forty-eight (48) hours.
6. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We may engage third-party sub-processors to assist in providing the Services. We ensure sub-processors maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards consistent with this policy. We are responsible for the acts and omissions of our sub-processors.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of our service relationship. Upon termination, we will return or destroy your data upon written request, subject to applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.
